Under the visionary leadership of its Managing Director – Mr. Aakash Shah, Greentech Lifespace has come up as the most trusted developer of Dholera SIR. The company had been shaped in its initial days by its current Chairman Emeritus Mr. Naresh H. Shah (father of Mr. Aakash Shah). Mr. Naresh Shah has more than 55 years of experience in land investments and construction industry. The company also has a stable management eco system by active participation of Mr. Dev Khandhar.
Redefining the future of residential living, Greentech Lifespace launched “Greentech Residency” - a ground breaking 100+ acre residential plotting scheme in Dholera SIR. Greentech Residency was developed in phase wise manner, with Phases 1 – 4 already delivered. The 1st Phase was launched in the 2011, 2nd Phase in 2015, 3rd Phase in 2018 and 4th Phase in 2020. The company is build a 5 star hotel for Tata semiconductors manufacturing Pvt. Ltd in Phase 5.

Aakash Shah
Mr. Aakash Nareshbhai Shah is an Industrialist turned Real Estate Developer. He hails from an established industrialist family from Surendranagar. With a humble beginning in the family run industrial business, he eventually went on to head the company namely Jaska Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., as its Managing Director. Subsequently, he also incorporated Greentech Lifespace Pvt. Ltd. for the real estate vertical of the group.
Over time, he developed interest in real estate. In 2008, he became active in acquiring land near Dholera, Gujarat. In 2009, Dholera was declared a Special Investment Region by the Government which is to be developed as an Industrial Smart City. In 2012, Mr. Aakash Shah launched the project – Greentech Residency at Fedra – Pipli Road, near Dholera. Owing to the resounding success of this project, Mr. Aakash Shah launched additional phases of Greentech Residency Project between 2015 – 2023. In 2016, he also launched a river facing project – River Valley near the well known Harrapa Civilisation Site, Lothal. In the meantime, he had also commenced dealing in bulk lands within Dholera S.I.R.
In 2024, he came up with the only commercial cum residential project by the name of DCC Aero Citi and Palm Villas on Fedra Pipli Link Road. He is also working on a landmark commercial cum residential project near the upcoming Dholera International Airport.
Mr. Aakash Naresh Shah has developed a reckoning brand - ‘Greentech Lifespace’ in Dholera S.I.R. with a huge base of happy customers / investors. He firmly believes in the motto – ‘We Deliver what We Commit’.
